Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field, and at least 4 years of experience with digital, design, or agency backgrounds. They must have proven experience as a Motion Designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects, including 2D motion graphics, and a performance-driven mindset with experience in performance ads. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma is required, along with knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography. Experience or knowledge of the latest AI tools and a solid understanding of content creation for various digital channels, including social media platforms, is also necessary. Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and NFT space is advantageous.
The Motion Designer will develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, and videos, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences, optimizing content for various digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience. They will stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools, and translate ideas into compelling visuals, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative input. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail, while also supporting the team in creating concepts to meet project performance goals and ensuring strong social exposure for the created visuals.
