Requirements

2–5 years of front-end/mobile application development experience (web-mobile or hybrid mobile)
Strong proficiency with React.js and ideally React Native or similar mobile framework
Solid Javascript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive-design skills
Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, working with JSON and authentication flows
Familiarity with mobile UI/UX patterns, as well as browser/web mobile interoperability and performance optimisation
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams, using version control (Git), ticketing systems (JIRA), and collaborating cross-functionally
Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and federal compliance (NIST, VA standards)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with product owners, backend engineers, and designers
Bachelor’s degree
Authorized to work in the United States
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance (for certain roles)

Responsibilities

Working hand in hand with other engineers in building out interfaces that match designs
Communicating architecture choices to other team members
Driving the direction and format of data endpoints
Integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs
Working with JSON and authentication flows
Collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, backend engineers, and designers
Performing other related duties as assigned
