Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and possess at least five years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning. Strong programming skills are required, specifically in SQL, Python, and familiarity with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. A solid understanding of NLP techniques, including text representation, feature engineering, model selection, tokenization, and embeddings is essential.

Responsibilities

The ML Engineer will be responsible for researching, fine-tuning, and improving prompting of Large Language Models (LLM) for Pigment’s use cases, implementing and deploying models in production environments, conducting experiments and benchmarking to assess model performance, and continuously researching and staying updated on advancements in NLP and large language models to apply novel techniques and methodologies for model improvement.
