Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required, and strong design skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Structural / Bridge Engineer will prepare and check structural analysis, design plans, specifications, and estimates for bridge projects, collaborating with multi-discipline design teams. They will provide experience in project planning, maintain knowledge of design standards, perform structural analysis/design, assess deteriorated components, develop construction documents, and perform structural inspections. The role also involves preparing technical reports, cost estimates, and participating in business development, project meetings, reviewing RFIs and shop drawings, and performing QA/QC reviews.
