Responsibilities

Realizar operaciones de depósito y retiro de efectivo, cheques, transferencias, compra-venta de divisas, etc., solicitadas por los clientes, utilizando herramientas disponibles y verificando medidas de seguridad
Apoyar en la promoción de productos y/o servicios financieros durante campañas de colocación, transmitiendo información básica a clientes para captar prospectos
Mantener el buen estado y funcionamiento de equipo y herramientas de trabajo, revisándolos al inicio del día y reportando fallas
Efectuar arqueo (corte de caja) para conciliar saldos de efectivo y documentos vs. sistema, detectando y corrigiendo desviaciones
Efectuar trámites correspondientes en detección de operaciones relevantes, sospechosas o internas preocupantes, según políticas y procedimientos
Cumplir con medidas de seguridad físicas, materiales, procedimientos y de operación para salvaguardar bienes patrimoniales de la institución
