HSD or equivalent education
1-year purchasing or inventory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
AS400 experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects
Research each item in inventory systems for Dated List; work with Buyers and Operations to determine options to move dated product; hold weekly meetings, update comments, and distribute
Complete VRE process in SUS for Vendor Returns; communicate with Finance, Buyers, Operations, Vendors, and Carriers to move goods from warehouse
Research On Hold Reports through inventory systems to determine why product is on hold; distribute list to Buyers and report comments to management
Attend Weekly Shrink Meeting for Obsolete Inventory; work with Buyers, Sales, and Operations to move product
Work with Sales Credits and Brand Audit Credits; communicate with vendors to obtain credits owed and report to Finance
Manage and determine dumps and donations from Dated List and On Hold Reports; work with Inventory Control and charities through Finance direction
Track and disposition on-hand inventory that is on hold, aging, obsolete, expiring, or non-moving
Ensure vendor credits are processed and reported to Finance
Handle various reporting responsibilities
