Requirements
Candidates must possess an active LMSW in Washington and have a minimum of 1 year of psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment. Experience with EMR documentation and treatment planning is required, along with reliable technology access for confidential sessions. A willingness to obtain additional state licenses is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Mental Health Therapist will render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients primarily through telehealth video or telephone. Responsibilities include providing mental health services, conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy, performing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services. Additionally, the therapist must complete and maintain documentation accurately and in a timely manner according to all relevant guidelines.
