The compensation for this independent contractor position is $63.09 per visit hour. Your recruiter will share more about the compensation during the hiring process.

This is a 100% remote position where you can work from home. You must be clinically licensed in Arkansas with an active and unrestricted license in the state of your primary residence.

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted license in Arkansas as an LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT, with specific education from accredited programs and 1-3+ years of unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience depending on the license type. Additional requirements include the ability to practice independently, staying current with evidence-based interventions, and experience with technology.

Included Health offers maximum admin support including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and patient verification handled by staff, an easy-to-use EMR with integrated video and templates, and access to a supportive clinical team. They also cover no shows and late cancellations at full rate under the fee-for-service model.

Strong candidates will have licensure in multiple states, which is highly valued, along with the ability to work independently and experience with digital tools.
