Requirements
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision

- LCSW Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program; 1+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience; Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Wisconsin
- LPC/LMHC Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program; 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience; Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Wisconsin
- LMFT Requirements: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program; 3+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience; Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Wisconsin
Responsibilities
- Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations
- Compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
- Evaluate results of mental health assessments
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process, as assigned
