Requirements

  • High level of knowledge in diabetes care, medical science, and ADC products/therapeutic areas to ensure credible dissemination of scientific information
  • Ability to work remotely in the KY, Southwest OH, and WV region
  • Functional independence while collaborating cross-functionally with in-field members and US commercial team

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and medical leadership to ensure professional and credible relationships with thought leaders and external experts of strategic importance to ADC
  • Ensure a strong medical and scientific presence for ADC in key academic centers by facilitating research and educational initiatives
  • Support requests for medical and scientific information on products or areas of therapeutic interest to ADC
  • Serve as the medical/scientific voice of expertise for ADC products and therapeutic areas through scientific exchange and professional development with key thought leaders/external experts
  • Provide medical/scientific affairs support to the US commercial team
  • Support scientific dialogue and collaboration in areas of research, scientific publications, and medical/scientific exchange, including unsolicited requests for medical information
  • Interface regularly with appropriate US commercial team members
  • Act as a point of contact within the medical and scientific affairs team for thought leaders and external experts within an assigned geographic area
