Candidates must possess a clinical science degree with an advanced degree in medical science (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, PA) and at least 7 years of MSL experience, preferably with therapeutic area expertise. A strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and proven effective interpersonal and communication skills are required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid driving record.
The Medical Science Liaison will engage in clinically meaningful scientific discussions with thought leaders and healthcare professionals to build knowledge and advocacy for Cushing's syndrome and Corcept's products. Responsibilities include providing scientific presentations and educational programs, developing and maintaining relationships with thought leaders, supporting Corcept products through communication and education, and responding to medical inquiries. The MSL will also generate scientific content, attend medical conferences, critically review scientific literature, capture and report insights from the medical community, and support clinical trials and other scientific initiatives. Approximately 70% travel is required.
