Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific and clinical knowledge to leading researchers and practitioners (SEs/CEs) to address their needs, such as clinical care gaps and nuanced questions
  • Establish oneself as a reliable, trusted resource for unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific information
  • Act as primary interface between Lilly Medical and SEs/CEs to deliver positive experiences, support evidence sharing, and address clinical care gaps for improved patient outcomes
  • Connect SEs/CEs with Lilly resources, internal business partners, and facilitate collaborative research opportunities
  • Partner with clinical development to support studies and investigators, including site identification, selection, recruitment, and delivery of disease state/scientific information
  • Analyze customer data, plan, and prioritize engagements with SEs/CEs via face-to-face and virtual interactions
  • Implement strategic territory plans, leverage analytical tools, and meet personal performance expectations
  • Recognize and communicate feedback and insights from SE/CE interactions to inform Lilly’s strategic direction for research, development, and commercialization
  • Facilitate scientific exchange between industry and scientific/clinical communities
