Requirements

  • Undergraduate science degree (BSc, BPharm, MBBS, MBChB) or above
  • Field-based Medical experience preferred
  • Effective communicator (written and presentation) with good interpersonal skills and experience of developing and delivering presentations
  • Must excel at working independently and in cross-functional teams; candidates with a self-starter attitude strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage collaborative relationships with External Experts (EEs) and other healthcare professionals in the areas of CNS
  • Develop and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the client, its products, current medical and scientific research and publications in therapeutic areas of interest to the client
  • Provide relevant medical and scientific support, including medical education presentations, for healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and support the client’s internal partners from medical side (e.g., sales training, advisory meetings, marketing-led initiatives, literature search and submission of promotional or non-promotional activities to Veeva system)
  • Respond to requests for medical information and/or unsolicited questions in a scientific, fair-balanced, compliant manner
  • Professionally represent the client at select medical meetings and programs
  • Complete accurate and timely administrative reports, projects, and other required documentation
  • Work closely with the other members of the client’s Medical Affairs to inform product strategy and translate medical insights into actions
  • Report Adverse Events related or potentially related to the client’s products to Pharmacovigilance team
  • Partner with matrix team members (e.g. sales, marketing, market access, etc.) to ensure strategies and business plans are both patient and business focused, and adding value to the external expert
