The compensation range is $371,000 - $415,000 and is open to negotiation.
This is an on-site position in Sacramento, CA, in clinic with no home visits.
Candidates need a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from a U.S. medical school, successful completion of residency at an accredited institution, experience in management and leading teams, and a working knowledge of community clinic operations. Required licenses include a current active California medical license, active DEA license, and Board Certification from California.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision 100% covered at no cost, 401k match, 20 days paid time off, 5 days sick time off, up to 5 days CME, $2,500 annual CME expense, coverage for state license/DEA/professional dues, pay for 11 holidays, annual bonus up to 10% of base salary, and sign-on bonus.
Strong candidates will have management and team leadership experience, knowledge of clinic operations, plus the required medical degree, residency completion, and California-specific licenses and board certification.
