Requirements
- Naturwissenschaftliches Studium, Medizin, Pharmazie oder andere Hochschulabschlüsse im Bereich Life Sciences mit Promotion

Responsibilities
- Kommunikation mit der Zielgruppe über Produkt- und krankheitsbezogene medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Inhalte im Bereich Hämophilie und seltener Erkrankungen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu relevanten Meinungsbildnern (global, national, regional, inklusive Gesellschaften, Verbänden und regionalen Fachgesellschaften), um Ansehen und Bekanntheitsgrad von Novo Nordisk zu stärken (z. B. durch Teilnahme an Kongressen, Kundenbesuche, Veranstaltungsmanagement und strategische Projektarbeit)
- Wissenschaftliches Nachwuchsmanagement (Key Scientific Leader, KAD): Identifikation & Aufbau neuer Meinungsbildner, Stärkung und Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit Novo Nordisk
- Wissenschaftliche Schulung der Außendienstmitarbeiter, Beratung und Vortragstätigkeiten bei externen Kunden, Beantwortung medizinischer Fragestellungen
- Besuche gesundheitspolitischer Meinungsbildner & Stakeholder innerhalb der Ärzteschaft von regionaler und überregionaler Bedeutung (z. B. regionale Fachgesellschaften)
- Konzeption und Erstellung medizinischer Vortrags-, Dokumentations- und Schulungsunterlagen
- Enge crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Vertrieb im Rahmen der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Produktbetreuung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
