Knowledge of SAP
Analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Analyze PM and component requirements
Send procurement schedules to the supplier, indicating the references, quantities, and the week of receipt
Track any anomalies from the supplier
Analyze SM and WIP (overstock, stockout, and negative stock) inventories weekly using the GMMT tool
Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stockouts
Transfer anomalies to Key Users via ID Tool
Liquidate orders weekly to avoid overstocking
Verify merchandise entry into the warehouse
Manage obsolete references that correspond to deviations
Ensure the availability of MP at the right time and in the right quantity while ensuring the required quality
