Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Familiar with Materials Planning and Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sensitive to data; drive for results

Responsibilities

  • Maintain MRP (Material Requirement Plan) type in SAP to make sure all master data correct in system
  • Analyze the weekly MRP result, archive an appropriate level of forecast accuracy
  • Release weekly order to vendor and follow up the ASN & GR (Advance Shipping Notice & Goods Receiving)
  • Review daily production plan & shortage list, propose action plan when materials supplying bottleneck occurs
  • Analyze inventory level, make proposal to control inventory
  • Analyze the transport cost and optimize shipping instruction
  • Follow ordering performance tracker and promote the vendor to improve the SOTD (Supply On Time Delivery) rate
  • Control ECN (Engineering Change Notice) materials
  • Propose action plan for E&O (Excess and Obsolete) materials
