Requirements

Ability to work 2nd shift (2:30PM to 11:00PM EST) on a rotating 5-day per week, 8-week schedule
Proficiency in using Cambar radio frequency inventory system
Knowledge of forklift operation, including with push-pull attachment
Understanding of ship orders, warehouse paperwork, and RF terminals for shipping/receiving
Familiarity with FIFO (First In, First Out) flow for raw materials and finished products
Ability to verify commodity number, quantity, release status, and lot number
Capability to check materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills, or other documentation
Knowledge of raw materials and finished product nomenclature
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system

Responsibilities

Receive, store, pick, and dispense raw materials and/or finished products
Coordinate timely and accurate flow of materials from warehouse inventory to work-in-process/production areas
Coordinate timely and accurate flow of finished products to support shipments to customers and other destinations
Load and unload materials using a forklift
Store, pick, or assemble finished product for shipment using Cambar RF inventory system
Maintain proper FIFO flow of finished products (may include forklift operation with push-pull attachment)
Store, pick, or assemble raw materials in the warehouse, verifying commodity number, quantity, release status, and lot number
Check materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills, or other documentation for conformity and accuracy
Deliver materials to production lines in a timely manner and maintain FIFO flow of raw materials
Clean up raw material and finished goods warehouse areas
Stage labels in mobile security carts for production lines
Understand and complete label control procedures
