Ability to safely operate material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order-pickers, and dollies

Knowledge of FIFO standards, 5S/housekeeping, and nonconforming material procedures

Load and unload materials; receive materials into the company system and verify against pack lists for accuracy
Count and weigh parts to check quantity; contact buying team for discrepancies
Pick parts for shipment and package according to shipping procedures
Use material moving equipment to transport products and materials to appropriate locations
Issue materials to departments, transact inventory quantities, and deliver parts to work areas
Monitor inventory, report discrepancies to team leader
Perform stock replenishment, rotation, combining, and assist with cycle counting
Transfer parts between bin locations using the company operation system; prepare and package parts for shipping
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies; safely operate certified equipment
Read and understand work instructions, electronic/manual bill of materials, pull sheets, pick sheets to execute material flow
Manually load/unload materials onto/from pallets, trays, racks, baskets, and shelves
Accurately and timely enter materials transactional information into SAP and other systems
Perform inventory transactions for new quantities and shipping
Support 5S/housekeeping activities; use deviation areas and hold tags for defective parts
Load/unload materials into trailers adhering to dock safety protocol
Meet physical logistics KPIs, associate engagement, and teamwork goals
Adhere to FIFO standards throughout storage areas and material flow points
Perform other duties as assigned
