Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in biotechnology, biomedicine, molecular biology, or a related field
  • Interested in bioanalysis, proteomics, and pharmaceutical research
  • Enjoy combining experimental work with data analysis and problem-solving
  • Available for full-time on-site work in Uppsala, Sweden from Jan–June 2026 (Mon-Fri schedule)
  • Able to work in an environment requiring some degree of PPE (e.g., safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)

Responsibilities

  • Test a selection of known therapeutic antibodies in plasma (spike-in) and analyze interference using mid-plex PEA readouts (Screening)
  • Perform titrations for selected antibodies and investigate detailed effects (Deep Dive)
  • For selected cases, verify interactions using SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) technology (Mechanistic Studies)
  • Optional (time permitting): Explore and compare with plasma samples endogenously treated with therapeutic antibodies based on assay signatures
