Requirements

Pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as an LMHC (provisionally licensed clinician in Massachusetts)
Must live and be seeking licensure in Massachusetts (where services are provided)
Reside within 45 minutes of the Framingham, MA office location
Full-time availability (30 hours/week: 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
Behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
Strong character: integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care
Flexibility in work schedule
Ability to work in the office for the probationary period, then hybrid model (50% in office, 50% remote)
25+ hours of availability per week for $7,500 ramp stipend eligibility

Responsibilities

Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
Deliver exceptional mental health care (e.g., treating depression, anxiety, couples, children)
Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 (preferred/independently under supervision)
Offer 25+ client visits per week with administrative time including supervisory meetings
Work flexible schedule (7am–10pm, 7 days/week)
Participate in office work during probationary period and hybrid model thereafter
