- Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW
- Enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, a graduate school/program in mental health
- Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
- Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
- Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
- Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals
- Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community-based locations

What is the salary range for this position?
The compensation range is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, with an overall range of $61,000 - $97,000 a year.
