Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in Software Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, and business analysis
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Proficiency in QA tools such as Jira, YouTrack, and test management platforms
  • Experience with cross-platform testing and bug tracking
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (preferred)
  • PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global collaboration
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain rigorous quality documentation
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to innovate in quality assurance technologies
  • Must be willing to relocate to Warsaw, IN (relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities

  • Problem-solve test plans, test cases, and test suites for software and embedded systems
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
  • Analyze system requirements and translate them into detailed test documentation and quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure product readiness
  • Support the implementation of Agile practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Evaluate product performance post-release using analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain quality documentation including functional requirements documents (FRD), product requirement documents (PRD), and mock-ups
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members on QA processes and tools
  • Risk minimization through use of appropriate risk assessment tools and verification of the robustness of detection and prevention systems for special characteristics
  • Support the development and maintenance of FMEA’s and control plans
  • Support the definition of quality processes and technical standards in cooperation with development, product management, and manufacturing to ensure product quality
  • Support the planning and evaluation of product test drives within quality and approvals of functions and systems
  • Provide quality support to the technical and manufacturing teams, as well as drive/support daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
