Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als pharmazeutisch-technischer oder chemisch-technischer Assistent oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (m/w/d)
Berufserfahrung im Umfeld einer Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelproduktion wünschenswert
Affinität zu technischen Anlagen und automatisierten Prozessen
Interesse und Leistungsbereitschaft zur Arbeit in der GMP-Umgebung
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb (5 und 7 Tage)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) sind zwingend erforderlich, Englisch-Grundkenntnisse sind ein Plus
Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Kommunikative und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit
SAP-Kenntnisse qualifizieren zusätzlich
Selbständige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz

Responsibilities

Bedienung modernster Anlagen im Bereich der sterilen, pharmazeutischen Herstellung unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Quantitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäss aktuellen GMP-Richtlinien
Durchführung und zeitnahe Dokumentation aller GMP-relevanten Tätigkeiten (z.B. Batch Record, Logbuch, SAP etc.)
Korrekte, vollständige und pünktliche Durchführung wiederkehrender Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und der Einführung neuer Produkte
Einhaltung einer termingerechten und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
Überwachen und Einhalten von Sicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- sowie Hygiene- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
Proaktive Teilnahme an Aus- und Weiterbildungen (regelmässige Teilnahme am wöchentlichen Staff-Meeting, Produkt- und Modulschulungen sowie Sicherheitsunterweisungen etc.)
Sicherung der Produktqualität auch durch ethisches Verhalten, Teamgeist und persönliche Verantwortung
Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Festlegung der praktischen Arbeitsabläufen an der Produktionslinie im Rahmen der Einführung neuer Produkte
