Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager, Software Engineering will lead and mentor an engineering team focused on the merchant data platform core backend service. They will collaborate with the US MDP team to align roadmaps and strategic goals, mentor engineers on design, code quality, and testing, and own the availability, reliability, and performance of their team's systems. Responsibilities also include partnering with product managers to design and build systems and processes, engaging with diverse engineering teams, and building relationships with senior management.
