Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (broad knowledge in a general professional field from 4 years of college)
- 2+ years poultry management related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals using computer programs
- Willingness to travel 4+ domestic trips per year
- Ability to supervise a team of approximately 20+ hourly team members
- Compliance with biosecurity requirements: showering before entering facility (possibly multiple times daily), wear provided clothing/footwear, no jewelry except medical ID, sign agreement to avoid avian species, follow Company Animal Welfare Policy and Biosecurity Standards
- Physical ability: use safe lifting techniques, regularly stand/walk/sit/use hands/reach/balance/stoop/talk/hear, occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
- Follow required safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment
