FP&A Manager

Candidates should possess progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or an equivalent field, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. They should demonstrate a passion for coaching and developing financial analyst teammates, exhibiting strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand business models. Experience with financial reporting systems and analysis tools is also required, along with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
As the Manager, FP&A, the individual will manage, support, and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, fostering a high-performance environment with clear expectations and continuous feedback. They will oversee key monthly processes, including financial model actualization and stakeholder reporting, lead reforecast processes, drive the annual budgeting process, and assist in implementing FP&A software, all while ensuring accuracy and compelling storytelling of business results.
