As the Manager, FP&A at 7shifts, you will lead and support a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will provide guidance and development opportunities for your team, ensuring clarity in expectations, continuous feedback, and career growth. In this role, you will play a key part in distilling business insights, tracking against our annual operating plan, and fostering strategic finance partnerships across the organization.
