This is an on-site position at Cavelier Court Apartments in Memphis, TN, involving hands-on maintenance in rental units, common areas, grounds, and parking lots.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, less than 1 year of relevant experience, general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and/or carpentry, excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer familiarity, and availability for on-call duties.
This is a full-time role that requires availability for on-call activity during off hours and emergencies based on a pre-determined schedule.
Strong candidates have a high school diploma or GED, general knowledge in maintenance areas like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, customer service and communication skills, and preferably vocational training or CAMT certification.
