Requirements

Up to six months of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance; agriculture milling experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills for training purposes
Ability to work at heights
Ability to obtain and retain PIT Certification
Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days and no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation (climbing, standing, bending, sitting, carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs multiple times monthly, work in varying temperature conditions, overtime and weekends as needed)

Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble equipment
Housekeeping responsibilities
Operate and maintain mobile equipment
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
Engage in physical activities such as climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs multiple times monthly
Work in varying temperature conditions, both hot and cold
Work overtime and weekends as needed
Follow instructions and communicate effectively
Loading and unloading Rail Cars and Trucks
