Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent
Experience working in an end-to-end machine learning team environment
Analyzing data, building and iterating on machine learning models, writing production-level code and shipping to production
Solid communication skills and ability to write clear documentation
Curious mindset and ability to dive deeply into datasets
Experience debugging complex systems with a systematic approach
Experience with Python or other programming languages
A growth mindset and ability to continuously improve soft and technical skills
Experience with machine learning models, including training and deployment
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible work schedule (2 days per week in-office)

Responsibilities

Conduct exploratory data analyses and proof-of-concept machine learning models
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design effective machine learning solutions
Analyze and prepare training data using crowdsourcing techniques
Train and iterate on machine learning models using novel techniques
Deploy machine learning models to production and write backend code
Debug models when performance gaps are observed
Iterate on models based on observability
Write clean and robust code in Python or other programming languages
Conduct A/B testing
Monitor performance of machine learning models
Develop clear documentation for machine learning models and code
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality
