Requirements
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Science, or a related field, or an equivalent foreign qualification. They should have at least one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation, along with one year of experience in Python and one year of experience in one or more of the following: Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, Intent detection, topic modeling and segmentation, training/fine-tuning large language models, transformer technologies. Furthermore, candidates are required to have one year of experience with Machine Learning toolkits such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Spacy, one year of experience in distributed training and performance optimization on GPUs, one year of experience in multi-modal ML, one year of experience in large-scale data processing and distributed systems, and one year of experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and AWS.
Responsibilities
The Machine Learning Engineer will build and deploy machine learning models for customer use cases with some level of supervision, research state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to advance Zoom’s product, take ML models from research to production, collaborate effectively with other engineers on projects, and integrate and support the Machine Learning (ML) services with product and operations teams.
