Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in machine learning roles with end-to-end project ownership
Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is a plus
Proficiency in Python
Experience with PyTorch or other deep learning toolkits
Understanding of software engineering principles
Good communication and writing skills in English
Team spirit, independent problem-solving mindset, and interest in legal or medical domain NLP applications

Responsibilities

Develop and improve NLP models for tasks such as medical summarization, credibility analysis, and contradiction detection
Continuously improve the automatic transcription pipeline and automate internal processes using AI
Ensure high accuracy, stable processes, and optimized infrastructure/monitoring around the models
Communicate technical machine learning results effectively in a business context
Collaborate with full-stack engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of ML models in production
Promote excellence and best practices across the machine learning team in research, implementation, tooling, and system design
Conceptualize and implement new ML ideas in the NLP domain, from validation to production
