Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills are also required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Machine Learning Engineer will develop and implement AI/GenAI models and algorithms using Python, PyTorch/Tensorflow, Pandas, and LangChain, leveraging AI/ML fundamentals such as deep learning, optimization, NLP, and LLMs. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and develop end-to-end AI pipelines. The role involves conducting experiments, evaluating models for robustness and scalability, optimizing models for performance, and deploying them on cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Additionally, the engineer will utilize SQL for ETL processes and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI.
