LPC Resident in Counseling - Full Time Hybrid at Thriveworks

Compensation is up to $53,300 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities, plus a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

It's a full-time hybrid role requiring residence within 45 minutes of the Lynchburg, VA office, with in-office work during the probationary period followed by 50% in office and 50% remote, including a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Candidates must be provisionally licensed in Virginia pursuing LPC licensure, graduates of an approved 60-credit hour program approved as a Resident in Counseling, with required graduate or post-graduate experience treating depression and anxiety; preferred experience includes independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM-5 under supervision.
