- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment
- Identify and address individual learning needs by providing personalized assistance
- Grade homework and perform other related key teaching services
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences/meetings as needed
- Hold office hours and provide 1-on-1 help
