Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to engage in prolonged periods of standing and sitting
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures, including customs documentation and shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL
  • Previous experience in cycle counting and inventory management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems (preferred)
  • Superior multitasking abilities
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across departments, with managers and peers
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Print and apply accurate labels to manufactured components, ensuring proper identification
  • Assemble completed components into finished goods, maintaining inventory records
  • Identify and receive incoming materials, verifying accuracy and condition
  • Handle goods with care to preserve product integrity during shipping/receiving
  • Pack and ship intermediate and finished goods for domestic and international shipments
  • Maintain a secure and healthy workplace environment, prioritizing safety
  • Adhere to global health and quality standards
  • Perform additional duties across various functions as required
  • Conduct cycle counts of inventoried materials, including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods
  • Utilize Oracle MRP and SCALE WMS databases to identify and locate materials
  • Provide inventory assessments, including spot checks, digital and physical transaction requests, warehouse transfers, issuance requests, and digital scrap requests
