Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management through material counts, record updates, and accurate reporting
  • Partner with Inventory Specialist to reconcile data, prepare reports, and track inventory levels across departments
  • Manage product movement and create variable data labels (VDL) for transfers, manifests, stocking, and wholesale fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Utilize Metrc to maintain real-time, error-free tracking of product movement and verify accurate, compliant labels and documentation
  • Pick, package, count, and scan wholesale orders while ensuring labeling and documentation meet compliance standards
  • Support the broader operations team with a solutions-focused mindset, adapting to shifting priorities and assisting where needed
