Requirements

Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management
Organized, detail-oriented, with pride in accuracy
Clear communication skills for reporting, coordination, and troubleshooting
Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, numbers, and basic calculations

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift)

Responsibilities

Support inventory management through material counts, record updates, and accurate reporting
Partner with Inventory Specialist to reconcile data, prepare reports, and track inventory levels across departments
Manage product movement and create variable data labels (VDL) for transfers, manifests, stocking, and wholesale fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Utilize Metrc to maintain real-time, error-free tracking of product movement and verify accurate, compliant labels and documentation
Pick, package, count, and scan wholesale orders while ensuring labeling and documentation meet compliance standards
Support the broader operations team with a solutions-focused mindset, adapting to shifting priorities and assisting where needed
