Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, including professional/military
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems
- Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare purchase mortgage loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA)
- Verify accuracy and adherence to investor guidelines of all documents required for a complete submission to Underwriting
- Provide consistent communication on loan status to customers to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction
- Maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-task using multiple computer screens and software programs
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to process loans
- Cultivate relationships with peers as a peer mentor
- Perform other duties as assigned
