  • Provisionally licensed individual pursuing Washington Licensure as an LMHC
  • Must live and be seeking licensure in Washington state where services are provided
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a LMHCA
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
  • Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor (preferred)
  • Full-time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings)
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
  • Strong character: integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care
  • Flexibility in work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote or a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
  • Offer 25+ hours of availability per week for eligibility of $12,500 ramp stipend
  • Conduct client visits (25+ per week)
  • Participate in 5 hours of administrative time per week, including supervisory meetings
  • Deliver exceptional mental health care, treating conditions such as depression and anxiety
  • Conduct intakes and diagnose according to DSM-5 (preferred experience)
