Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service at Thriveworks

Compensation is up to $122,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. There's also a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

The role provides a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Spring, TX.

Candidates must be actively licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) with unrestricted license in Texas, willing to see 25+ sessions per week, and licensed in the state where services are provided. Behavioral health generalists open to couples/children, valuing autonomy and teamwork, with interest in leadership are preferred.
