Responsibilities
- Participate in teams for building performance and controls by sharing resources, determining customer needs/business priorities, coordinating/executing assignments, providing advice/feedback/support, ensuring timelines/quality, and modeling adaptation to change/challenges
- Ensure customer/associate safety and minimize service costs by conducting diagnostics, providing proactive solutions, applying programming methods, implementing solutions, and following up on effectiveness
- Perform special/unique programming projects by adapting/changing strategies, responding to trends/alarms/defrosts/work orders/manufacturer recalls, programming daylight harvesting, and achieving sustainability/energy reduction goals
- Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborating with stakeholders, identifying priorities/deadlines/expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change/feedback
- Demonstrate expertise by providing expert advice/guidance, supporting alignment with customer/business needs, and building commitment to perspectives/rationales
- Provide/support business solutions by building stakeholder relationships/partnerships, identifying needs, determining/carrying out processes/practices, monitoring progress/results, recognizing/capitalizing on improvements, and adapting to demands/changes/responsibilities
- Model compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics/integrity in business plans/processes, and use Open Door Policy
