Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or similar role with a proven track record in leading Agile teams or programs
- Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar methodologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence organizational change
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability in servant leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior-most Agile leader, guiding multiple scrum teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and delivering excellence across EDO/MI domains
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups) for multiple teams or programs while ensuring alignment with business goals
- Drive cross-team collaboration, remove organizational impediments, and escalate risks to senior stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum
- Coach teams and leaders in Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of transparency and empowerment
- Oversee delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and ensure timely rollout of data solutions and market intelligence products
- Drive strategic initiatives for Agile transformation and process optimization while mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery leads
