Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in automation testing with a strong grasp of automation methodologies and frameworks
  • Proven expertise in Java; hands-on experience with Ginger, Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
  • Experience developing and optimizing CI/CD test pipelines; familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and cloud monitoring tools
  • Solid background in testing microservices and APIs, including tools like Kafka, Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
  • Working knowledge of Docker for microservices deployment and testing
  • Ability to write and maintain high-quality test plans, cases, and technical documentation
  • Effective troubleshooting skills and experience collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and utilities using Java, Ginger, Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured
  • Build, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing using Jenkins, Git, and cloud monitoring tools
  • Test microservices and integrations, utilizing tools such as Kafka, Postman, REST Assured, and SoapUI
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Write clear, comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation ensuring full traceability to requirements
  • Ensure rigorous test coverage and compliance with internal and client standards
  • Leverage Docker for deploying and testing microservices and contribute to containerized environments
  • Share insights and best practices with peers to drive continuous improvement in automation and quality processes
