Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology, Electrical Component and RF
Working knowledge of RF design and experience
Experience with RF troubleshooting and simulation tools
Experience using RF lab equipment
Background with supplier selection
Experience in full design cycle
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills

Responsibilities

Develop RF & mixed signal designs used in a Magnetic Resonance (MR) system
Interface with a global team to design, test and implement analog, mixed signal & digital designs as part of cost productivity projects and new product introduction
Leverage knowledge of digital and mixed signal design techniques to ensure a quality design
Develop in-depth knowledge of RF design and use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute
Use in-depth understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work
Understand how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Use some level of judgment and propose different solutions outside of set parameters (with guidance)
Use prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks
Access technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems, using multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions
Provide informal guidance to new team members (as an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or early people leader)
