Solid experience with AWS cloud environments, including Fargate, Lambda, EC2, and SQS is required, along with strong database skills in PostgreSQL and Redis. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a product-focused mindset are essential, as well as deep experience in microservices architectures and scalable systems.
The Lead Fullstack Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable features across the full stack, collaborating closely with the Product team to deliver iterative, high-impact releases. They will work on an AI-first product, integrating LLM capabilities into customer support workflows, and solve complex engineering challenges. Additionally, the engineer will maintain and improve cloud infrastructure with a DevOps mindset and share knowledge while mentoring teammates to foster a strong engineering culture.
