Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Responsibilities

They will assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment, write scalable code, monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and stay current with industry trends. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support, and dedicating approximately 20% of their time to hands-on coding and collaborative work within the team.
