Knowledgeable about using Big Data techniques to drive advanced analytics; oversee data analysis and reporting with SQL, Quicksight/Tableau/Power BI
Guide Business Analysts in requirements engineering using tools such as Confluence, Jama
Facilitate cross-functional workshops with collaboration tools like Miro, Lucidchart

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise quality engineering strategy aligned with CVS Health’s digital transformation goals
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts, quality engineers, and automation specialists
Champion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation across engineering teams
Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and best practices across all digital products
Drive shift-left testing practices and integrate quality early in the development lifecycle
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in healthcare and retail domains
Define KPIs such as defect density, automation ROI, and release velocity
Build executive dashboards for quality insights and decision-making
Implement test automation frameworks for web, API, and cloud backend systems
Evaluate and implement modern tools and platforms for CI/CD, test management, and defect tracking
Promote reusable test assets and automation coverage across teams
Leverage AI/ML to enhance test coverage, predictive defect analysis, and intelligent test generation
Explore and implement AI-driven quality solutions such as autonomous testing and anomaly detection using platforms such as AWS Sagemaker
Collaborate with data science and platform teams to integrate AI into quality workflows
Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps leaders to align quality goals with business outcomes
Influence senior stakeholders and communicate quality metrics and insights effectively
