Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise quality engineering strategy aligned with CVS Health’s digital transformation goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of business analysts, quality engineers, and automation specialists
  • Champion a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and innovation across engineering teams
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and best practices across all digital products
  • Drive shift-left testing practices and integrate quality early in the development lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in healthcare and retail domains
  • Define KPIs such as defect density, automation ROI, and release velocity
  • Build executive dashboards for quality insights and decision-making
  • Implement test automation frameworks for web, API, and cloud backend systems
  • Evaluate and implement modern tools and platforms for CI/CD, test management, and defect tracking
  • Promote reusable test assets and automation coverage across teams
  • Leverage AI/ML to enhance test coverage, predictive defect analysis, and intelligent test generation
  • Explore and implement AI-driven quality solutions such as autonomous testing and anomaly detection using platforms such as AWS Sagemaker
  • Collaborate with data science and platform teams to integrate AI into quality workflows
  • Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps leaders to align quality goals with business outcomes
  • Influence senior stakeholders and communicate quality metrics and insights effectively
