Requirements

  • Master or Doctorat in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related field. A degree from a Grande École d’ingénieurs or University with a strongly quantitative curriculum is highly appreciated
  • 4+ years of experience in designing, training, and evaluating Deep Learning and Machine Learning models using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, or LangChain
  • Experience in a start-up or cross-functional team is a plus
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus
  • Excellent Python programming skills, including data processing, analysis, and visualization
  • Strong experience with SQL and database queries for data exploration and preparation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and modern data tools

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to research, prototyping, and production deployment of new AI and ML features across the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to design and deliver significant improvements
  • Deeply understand existing products and assets to identify AI improvement opportunities
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate new research ideas and evaluate model performance
  • Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM and ML models on structured and unstructured data from client APIs and workflows
  • Develop strategies for real-time model inference and large-scale deployment
  • Collaborate with external providers for data collection, annotation, and research
  • Work with clients and regional professional services teams to understand evolving fraud patterns and integrate insights into product development
  • Mentor other Data Scientists, fostering technical excellence and innovation within the organization
