Requirements
- Expertise in leading animation projects from concept development through final delivery
- Proficiency in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Strong creative vision and ability to guide creative direction
- Experience in pre-production creative processes, including storyboarding, concepting, and planning
- Skills in balancing technical accuracy with visual impact

Responsibilities
- Lead animation projects, driving the creative vision and execution for diverse industries and audiences
- Partner with directors and cinematography team for pre-production creative work, including storyboarding, concepting, and planning
- Perform hands-on animation to bring stories to life through 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Mentor and elevate the team’s animation skill set
- Collaborate with cinematography, design, and engineering teams to integrate animation seamlessly with live-action and other outputs
- Explore new tools, technologies, and trends to expand capabilities and set high standards
