Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and have at least 8 years of technical experience, along with extensive experience in engineering AI systems. Strong communication skills are required, including the ability to articulate complex technical and business requirements to stakeholders, vendors, and industry standards bodies. Working experience in healthcare analytics and a strong background in delivering solutions within a public cloud environment, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), are also necessary. Prior project architect and/or technical team lead experience, as well as expertise in designing and building distributed system architectures, are essential qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Lead AI Solutions Architect will ensure the technical design and architecture align with the product vision, working closely with product managers to translate system requirements into scalable and reliable solutions. They will provide technical guidance to development teams, meet with industry experts, review and select enterprise technology tools and processes, and get hands-on with the implementation of generative AI systems. This role will also involve interpreting and communicating analytic results to business partners and executive decision-makers, driving resources and tactical operations for AI-related projects, and exercising independent judgment on complex issues while working under minimal supervision.
